Yes. M4 works with Lyon Financial, which connects homeowners with third-party lenders so qualifying projects can be paid for over time. Tell us about your project first and we will confirm it qualifies, then you apply online through Lyon. How financing works.

Who is the lender?

Lyon Financial is a facilitator, not a lender or a broker. Lyon matches your application with third-party lenders, and the loan terms are set between you and that lender. M4 Builders is not a lender either.

What can be financed?

Does asking about financing commit me to anything?

No. Telling M4 you are interested just means Tommy or Lindsey will call you about the project. Lyon's application is separate, and any loan is between you and a third-party lender, conditioned on completing their credit documentation.
